I think it was made out of felted wool, nice and strong for over stuffing!

It can't be almost Christmas.  I'm still waiting for summer!  The hot weather never came.  But it is dark in the morning, and gets dark early in the evening.  So I guess it is Oct.

Lol the gifts that were supposed to be last year are finally getting done for this year. So for once I am right on track. My bofriends just needs to be quilted and binded. My friend's just needs borders and then find something for the batting as I am broke and can't afford it right now plus the backing oh my.

I haven't even started my Christmas quilting yet...need to make a table runner and placemats for my daughter's inlaws who will be here for Thanksgiving.  We usually exchange small Christmas gifts right before they leave in early December.  I, of course, always make something quilted for their house over here.  They come over twice a year, once in the summer and once around Thanksgiving.  And they always bring me decorative plates and British calendars and chocolate...things they can easily pack on the plane.   This summer they brought me a plate depicting the Royal Wedding.  I really need to get busy with the Christmas gifts.
