I tried to sign up for video access, it keeps telling me that my user name is wrong, I tried to send an email and it will not go thru.
at the top of the page in red it will say customer service. click on that and send in your question. they should fix your problem

Look in the box just to the right of your avatar and click on Edit My Profile. You will see 3 choices, the last one being Sign In Options. Click on this and check what your sign in name is.
