gini:

leslie, do you have a quilt shop nearby, maybe they could watvh you and give you some help     gini

Yes Gini, I do But she has a tendency to talk down to you when you ask for help, I don't shop there much.  Because for one I don't like being talked down to and 2nd I have a pretty hot temper when someone does LOL

leslie, could you post pictures of your problem children here, close ups, tops and backs?    when i am working with i/2 square triangles.  i handle them as little as possible, and very carefully when i do,  so i don't distort them.    gini

i wouldn't like that much either.   life is to short to put up with mean people, especially when they are wanting you to give them money.     gini

I haven't sewed for a few days but tonight after work I cut some blocks to take to work with me later. I also packed my hand embroidery for variety.

Hi everyone, I am so excited. I have been quilting and worked all week. I finished my rag quilt and posted  a  picture to share with you. I also have my dinosaur picture. I hope all can see it. I know we all have love to quilt and share. I am going to a class tomorrow for place mats it is a  point setter I don't know how it is going to look but I am going. I will let you all know how it goes. I hope everyone gets to feeling better and the pain leave. I have been praying for all.

Happy Quilting

Maybe your dinosaurs are shy Lorraine.

I finally finished cutting out Lynn's scrub top.  Then I sewed my fall pillowcases and got backs sewn on two of the Christmas stockings.  DS came knocking about then so we walked the dogs and got them all tucked in for the night.  Since I had already shut everything off in the sewing room to go walking with David, I decided to hang out here for a while.
