I do about 3-4 shop hops annually so I need to keep the patterns and fabrics received organized. I purchased a 3 ring binder (soft sided) and plastic sheet protectors. When each shop gives a pattern and fabric, I slide them into a separate sheet protector in the binder. I also have a sheet (or 2) of the business card protectors in the binder and add the shop's card into that if I don't already have it. Then when I get home, all my project pieces are already organized so I can find all the pieces. As I finish each block, it then goes into a project box, and I keep the pattern in the sleeve and transfer into a larger binder. The top page in my take-along binder has a sleeve with a state map in case I am heading to  new shop. My GPS is not always trustworthy and some times I just have to go "old tech!"

That is a good way to keep things organized. Thanks for the tip.

Welcome to our growing community.  Your tip is fantastic.  I will have to keep that in mind the next time I go hopping.
