The EQ group has not done much lately so I decided the next baby quilt I made I would post the steps and see if anyone has any interest in following along.  I have posted the invite in the EQ group.  While I am no expert I thought it would be fun to do together.  This will be a newborn quilt and I will be scanning fabric, might have to change or build a block, of print it and make it.  If anyone is interested check out the EQ group

Count me in!!  I have seen a lot of the quilts you have done on EQ 7- Chevy 454, Gold Dragon, Princess, Quilt, Winter Fun, just to mention a few, and they are really beautiful. You make some really great designs.  I would be thrilled to follow you through a quilt as you post the steps! I just got EQ 7 over Christmas and haven't had a chance to do a thing with it--so this is the perfect opportunity for me to get to look over your shoulder.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge of EQ7 with us!

Granny M or anyone else out there, I have an IMac computer and EQ is not compatible.  Is there a program like it that I can use on my IMAC?

I don't know of any but I bet Kris could point you in the right direction if there is anything available.

Marie,

you can run window on your iMac and that will allow you to use EQ. I really dislike windows and did not want it on my mac so DH bought me a small laptop just for EQ.

Quilt Pro has a native program for the mac but I don't find it user friendly at all. I dislike it as much as I dislike windows. The user manual doesn't help and customer service is atrocious.

We'll talk more when I see you later.
