half square triangles

When I am sewing pieces for flying geese or any others that you need to trim off the extra fabric, I have the small triangles that have been cut off the corners. I take the two triangles & sew them together for making another square that already has two different fabrics.  I store them in a bag & when I need some small square triangles I already have them made.
