Hello Fellow Quilters!

This is my first time to post anything on this site.  I wanted to post to the comments about thread, needles, etc. post, but not sure how to do that.  I learned a lot from there.  I am somewhat new to quilting and there's more to it than I realized!  It is a great way to relax and stay away from the frig!  I made some cute Christmas stockings from pieced fabric that turned out just darling.  They are perfect for a gift card with a candy cane.  I made them for my third graders and my grandkids.  My students thought they were great and very appreciative that I actually made them and didn't buy them.  Everyday for a week a "Christmas Elf" left a treat.  It was so much fun.  Thanks everyone for all the great tips!  (I need them.)
