I posted earlier to hold a place for me, but I am not going to be able to attend. Was looking forward to it, but the other person I wanted to meet and go with me is unable on those dates. I will look forward to the next one or one closer to San Antonio, TX. Thanks!!

Thanks, Ladies. It's good to be back. We adopted a new fur baby. Her name is Mora and she's a six month old terrier mix. I still miss Annabelle so much, but knew we needed to give another baby a furever home and love. She was quite shy at first but she's coming out of her shell.

Mora is precious. If I could I would rescue every dog I see on any of the rescue sites. Just love my furbabies. It is really good to see you back posting. I have missed chatting with you.

Hi Mary, I sure wish I could. I would love meeting quilters from other parts of the country and I love to see different parts of the country, but alas it is not in the cards. I hope someone will be posting pictures and giving us a play-by-play, as it were, I will just have to settle for that. Maybe one day...

Our Smoky Mountain retreat for 2013 will again be the last full week in June. The cost will be $200.00 and we have 25 spaces. Please join the group QCA Retreats and add a message to the post if you are interested. Details will be there.

I was planning on getting to this earlier but things have been difficult this Fall. I'm ready for this year to be over.
