Welcome Traildancer. I was going to suggest you check on Gini's and Donna P's galleries. You should also look at Chocake's. And you can also go to the show and tell gallery and specify what type of quilts you want to see. There are some who don't post much but have done some beautiful art quilts.

What I like about the art quilts, is that I can take one pattern and tweak it for my friends.

I did notice your interest in art quilts. You might want to go to the Groups Section of QCA and click on the Grazy Art Qulter's Group; then the media section to see some more art quilts.

Both Gini and I do art quilts fairly regularly. You can also check out my gallery, if you like. I have a few of mine posted there. To get there, click on my name (at the top of this post) - which will take you to my homepage, then click on "my gallery" to see my quilt pictures...including my art quilts.

Traildancer, if you click on Gini's name, and then click into her gallery, you will find a picture of this quilt. Each time you click on the picture, it will enlarge. I remember she said that she made this for a friend based on a photo.

Welcome Traildancer - you live in a nice part of Oregon - have lived many years in the Medford, Shady Cove and Prospect areas and also 3 1/2 years in Ukiah OR. Back in Washington now and have now lived here almost twice as many years as Oregon.

Glad you found us and am sure you will enjoy the site and the folks here very much.

I live in Glide outside of Roseburg.

I give GED tests and other on-line certification tests at the community college.

Welcome Traildancer! Your quilts sound lovely. I hope we'll get to see pictures of some of them. A bunch of us are coming to Oregon next fall for a quilt retreat on the coast.

Are you a test proctor at a college? I used to work in the public schools and I thought we ran a lot of testing, but certainly not every week.
