Keep a blessings journal. Write down every blessing in your life. At Thanksgiving. read a few before a prayer of Thanksgiving to our Lord. Or, ask everyone around the table to give one thing they are thankful for before the prayer. You would be amazed at what people come up with. It is beautiful and, can, even bring tears.
