Jeanine, beautiful quilts . You have really done a great job getting all these quilts out for the project. I'm still waitng for my final set of blocks ,one of the gals got her package returned ,but the blocks were missing. .SO she has had to remake them . I feel bad for her .but the package never got to me. I think it was just terrible that some one took the block and sent her back the package.

I quilted the second wonky log cabin quilt. I will mail out six more next week for a total of 17 so far. I think I have five more tops waiting to be quilted.

Hate to say that anything good came out of the storm but it does help the people who were looking for employment lots of jobs out there in manual labor electrical etc now. Also we got a free washer due to the storm yea finally can do our own laundry at home again. Other than that the storm did tons of damage and feel bad for the people who are now waiting payments for rebuilding etc.

Love that quilt! So pretty!

My Canadian Team Leader is waiting for blocks from South Africa to finish up one quilt I donated blocks for. He already had some blocks from Canada. One of the other Team Leaders is in New York. She emailed me a temporary layout (Wow!) but she also needs a handful more blocks to complete the lay out and start sewing it together.

I just about have my two r/w/b lap quilt tops pieced that are promised by year end. Then I need to sandwich and quilt them. One will be simple straight line quilting and will go fast. The other will take a little more time, but I should be able to ship them by 12/31. Then I can get back to making some additional Sandy Blocks. I'm almost out of black and white scraps so I will need to start working on some more colorful blocks when I get going again.

Break time is over...back to the machine! Max

I am still working on Sandy quilts. I need 32 more blocks for my third wonky log cabin. I have 3 quilts done, 3 need binding, and 4 tops ready to quilt.

this is one I finished last night.
