JoAnn's VIP cards are issued by the store. You can go in to get one or enroll online on their website Click here to register online.

Mary Ann, if you have your QCA card, just take that in with your expired card and they will issue you a new one. Ginny

When I went to JoAnn to have my card validated, they were just going to give me a card when I said I was part of QCA. So maybe if you have your proof of payment for QCA that will be enough for you to just get a card at a JoAnn store.
