Hi, I am a Preium subscriber and have contacted you earlier and that is solved. Now I joined into QNNTV again free qca4qnn and am trying to access the video Strata Quilts with F&P and Gail and it comes on for a few seconds and keeps going off I have the book for the Dimple Strata but would like to see the video and find out what issue of book it was in I can't remember and have tons of books to go thru. I would appreciate any help you can give the e-mails don't see to work. I am on Internet Exployer so I need some help. Thank you. gingging10

Do you know that is is happening and are you doing anything to prevent it from happening in the future? This is really bad right now. I'm so surprised that you are not blocking these people. I think better security would be in order.

Dear QCA Administration, As I have been trying to call customer service and not able to reach anyone after waiting for at least 30 mins, I'm writing this, ;we seems to have picked up some pranksters on our site, Asking inappropriate questions and just messing around with the members, Most of us have figured this out and left them alone, Put as a paying member to this club, I find it upsetting that I was not able to reach anyone in the office ,to report this inappropriate behavior . As I called when staff members were suppose to be in the office until 5pm I find this very discouraging . And then when I tried to press 1, to leave a message I was still unable to get thru . now what is the deal there ? Barbara

Admin, please find a way to block these idiots who think they are being cute...they are not. They are irritating and if it keeps up I may have to drop my membership. Those of us who pay to be here are fed up with this crap. Maybe everyone should have to pay to be on here...that might keep some of these weirdo's out of here.

Not receiving and can't sign in

Hi,

I am a premium member and am not receiving Easy Quilts for one thing. I can't seem to sign into Love of Quilting and also can't get into the 1700 series or Fon's and Porter. Can you please help me I just don't know what's going on since I make a copy of sign in's but they never work after. I've seen the new summer issue of Easy Quilts in the store and saw online the previous one. Did I just sign in for digital copy? I would appreciate your help and also with these sign in's.

When will the three posts I submitted on Sunday be out of moderation? It's frustrating to spend time replying to someone or making a post only to discover for some reason NEVER EXPLAINED it has been flagged for moderation. Please release my posts or at least tell me why they were flagged. Thank you.

AND WOULD YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO SPEED UP THE SITE? IT'S GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY.

Why cant I get the video links to show up..samsung tablet with google Chrome . What's the trick..I paid for a membership for the videos and perks...within the first 20 minutes I am regretting spending my money. Would really like to be able to get what was promised when I purchased this!

Getting NOTHING for my subscription

This web site if about to lose my business! I renewed last November, before my sub. ran out. First they changed my date to cheat me out of several days. I called and they fixed that. But, I have never received the box of stuff you are suppose to get and I'm not receiving my magazines. I called a few weeks back and let a message. NO one called back. Now you look at 'contact us' and there is no phone number. I emailed on 3/27 and haven't heard a thing!!! And yes, I did check my spam file to see if the email was in there. Think back to a year ago, I had the same problem, but was able to call and they got it fixed. Are ya'll trying to tell me that you don't want me as a member?

Anyone know what the heck is going on here??

that's what is says when I clicked on create an new post. I am signed in. I called last week because I couldn't get signed in. We have that problem solved. Have to use Google Chrome for my browser. I am not comfortable not being able to use Microsoft Internet Explorer. How hope you get that problem solved. But back to my original question. Why can't I take part in the discussions.

The web site to join QCA is terrible, registration form is jumping all over the screen. It took forever to fill in the form!

I know we have a new server but the site has just been awful the last few days ,

1,can't get on

2 getting server errors

3 post taking forever to load or don't post at all

4 very very very slow .

these are just a few of the problems what's going on ? Inquireing minds really wan to know ..

Photos using an iPad

Hi, I'm new here and I created a photo gallery yesterday. I noticed that the photos I have uploaded are upside down.

I use my iPad for internet service at home and this is what I used to create my gallery. I used the iPad browser program, Safari for the connection.

Is there a known fix to this problem? Should I use a different browser for my connection? If so, do I need to upload everything all over again so that the photos appear right side up?
