I just went and looked at this machine, online, and it looks like it will do everything but cook supper. You will love the 11&amp;quot; throat space, I don&amp;#39;t think you can ever have too much space...

I have sewn a little on my local dealer&amp;#39;s machine and am really liking the way it works. Don&amp;#39;t know yet about the laser but wouldn&amp;#39;t it be great to sew a perfectly straight seam?&lt;/p&gt;

I have not seen this machine, but I do own a brother 1500 and it is a great machine. Have you tried it out yet?  Getting a new machine is always so much fun...
