My 2nd order was a bust, they were not the ones I thought I was ordering and I even talked to a real person who went and looked at them before I ordered. The ones they sent me are abt the same size as the green ones and they have a curved blade...I don't care for them at all. I think I found the ones I was actually trying to order, they have a black and purple handle, but not sure I want to spend the money on another maybe...

patti, i had nancy get me a pair of Elan serrated edged scissors. i love them and keep them by the sewing machine. these elans and the KKbuckley scissors are the best i've used.

I had to look these up. Serrated edge scissors. So they catch the fabric instead of pushing it to the side. I'm sold. Going to have to look for some. It would be nice to not have to re-cut corners to get them straight.

I ordered the green ones accidentally, but I like them. I now have the larger ones on order :)

I love mine...how ever be sure to keep those covers handy on the tips. Those scissors could cut off a finger...very sharp, I have the little ones and the big ones, my LQS, AST brought them back from big show last year.

i have the green ones and they are my favorite applique scissors.

Went to her website. She has yellow ones that are 4" for $19.99, They have a very fine tip for small applique cutting. Beautiful sissors.

Great scissors, I agree.The green are the same as the purple just smaller.

Has anyone tried the smaller Karen Kay Buckley scissors (green ones)? I have the purple ones and LOVE them.!

Also see that Karen was one of the top winners at Houston for her quilt "Fiesta Mexico".
