Join the club.  This is the second year that this has happened to me.  I think it's about time that somebody gets their act together.

Hi Catherine

Unfortunately Peg has to pull the reports periodically after the expire dates to make sure she captures everyone.. those who renew early or at the last minute.   We do maintain a temporary card on the website for that interim peorid that you can download.  We will send out a card from my office here  and it should arrive within the week

I have been a Member for over two years and never received my Membership card. 

 I'm getting ready to renew within the next month.  I sure hope this time you will add me to your Membership card mailing list.

Your card order is in process and should  arrive in the next  7-10 days.  They are currently shipping orders Aug  15- September 15
