We are creating a Gallery in QCA that you'll be able to use to search for various quilt images (and post your own to your very own Gallery!) - and we want to have a list of the most common terms and tags to make your search as easy as possible. To that end, we need your input!

Blocks used: Log Cabin, Stack N Wack, nine patch, scrappy. Techniques: Embroidery, Applique, English paper piecing. Fabrics: Cotton, Flannel, fleece on occasion. Quilt size, anything from wall hangings to King size. But I like lap quilts best.

Replying to the Gallery questions: I like to make either baby quilts or king size. with a king size it can be a cover for queen or full. and you never know when someone will upgrade their sleeping arrangements!!
I also like landscapes but not applique(I do a lot of piecing)

My Favorite block has become the Carpentar's Star or Wheel. I've done is as the one block supersize or multiple.
My favorite fabic is cotton florals in more earthy tones
My favorite technique is quilting in sections. I like to try a variety of piecing techniques but when it comes time to put it together I like to do it in sections. The book Block by Block has a great method.
Log Cabins, Stars, One Block Wonders, Lap Quilting.
Finishing, differents types of binding, Sawtooth, curved, bias etc. Need demos for these.
I have found the Fons and Porter clips very helpful, love the videos. Also love eveerything on QNN.tv.com.
