i am still working on completing the blocks.  I have lost track of which step that is.  The last step before putting the blocks in rows.  I love how it is going together.   I have learned a lot with this MQ.

Thanks, Kris.

I have some jelly rolls and want to do a log cabin out of them too - can't wait to start. Wish I could just quilt all day :-).

Hello Sue,

you will find all the steps under Mystery Quilt Workshop. This one is called "Crossroads". Have fun with it and remember to post pictures.

gini:

diane, your blocks are wonderful.  i might have to start investing in more batiks.   gini

Gini~I've really enjoyed working with the batiks....maybe it's the painter in me but I absolutely love the color variances in them. i'll be using batiks on the star squares you sent me.

Nana:
Did you use HSTs in the top border.

Yes Nana, I did use HST's in the top and bottom of the outer border.  I want to take it out side and hang it up and take another picture. However, the wind is still blowing and the rain/snow mix. I hope that by tomorrow I can take it out side and get a better picture.

I'm still working on assembling rows and haven;t started any borders yet. I wouldn't mind extending the finish date so we can get caught up. There seems to be quite a few of us that aren't done yet. I'll go with what the others want to do. I'm easy!

Nana,

I agree with extending the finish date. I have had to put away the quilting because of Other stuff going on in my life. I won't be able to work on the winter quilt until after Halloween.
