THERE SEEMS TO BE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THE SITE! I AM TRYING TO RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT WHEN I SELECT THE SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES, THE 'NEXT STEP' OPTION DOES NOT APPEAR AND I CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE RENEWAL PROCESS.

Which browser are you using Lydia? I had that problem with Safari. When I switched to Firefox it worked fine.

Hi Lydia

I am not sure why you are stuck in that loop and I see you are an International member.  We have had a few International members that have had address verification / credit card problems as well so I am emailing you alternative information to complete and return to us for processing.  We can do it manually here.

I have extended you 10 days while we take care of this
