Membership not updated to view

I received an email to go to the site and on that page, it told me my membership was expired to renew it by going to this site.  I came here and checked my account and you show my renewal correctly.  Is there something I need to do to access the content at

Go to the QNNtv/F&P on demand in your green dashboard.  There will be a page with instructions for renewing your membership with QNN and a code to put in so that the cost changes to 0.  If you have any further problems please let us know.
