Judy, thanks for the heads-up on this project. I can probably at least get 1 block a week done. I like that the block size is 6 inches - I don't like 12" because a lot of my quilts are lap or wheelchair size and need a lot more variety and color than 9 to 12 large block! Can use smaller scraps also. Block one is one of my all-time favorite blocks since I was a teenager back in the "dark ages" when I drooled over the old newspaper quilt blocks. That IS a long time ago!

Yes...I'm doing Blockheads BOW too...I love your fabrics....mine are similar in color. Block 2 has come out now as well.
Where did you find Block 2, Kathy...I can't seem to find it on any of the sites :(
http://unitednotions.com/Block2BC_AuntDinah.pdf should take you to Blockhead Block 2...
Hi...It's the Aunt Dinah block....it's on Jo Morton's site as well as Lisa Bonjean's and the Kansas Troubles site.....
OK Ladies (and Gents if you're here) here's my first block. I really enjoyed the sewing time this morning. I realise now that I pieced it differently than the instructions (I didn't actually read them).
Looks good Kris, by the way I saw a picture of a beautiful little boy, a couple of weeks ago, congrats
http://unitednotions.com/Block3JM_FourX.pdf is the link for this weeks' block.
Here are my weeks 1, 2 ,3 (top to bottom)
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
I'm actually going to make a 2nd week 3 with fewer colors.
Love your blocks Judy.
