Membership renewal lost 95 days of membership

I received a letter indicating I could renerwal my membership which I did.  The previous membership ended 8/2010 but instead of adding one year to this end date my new end date is 5/2011.  So I lost 95 days of my membership.  Why is this happening.

sandy,   just call admin    the toll free number at the bottom of ths page.    i lost a month when i renewed and they fixed it within a couple of business days     gini

Hi Sandra

We are having some problems with these dates in the system but Gini is correct it can be fixed and our technical team is working on an update that should correct it.    usually Peg also catches this on the orders. I will look up your account and also follow up with it to make sure you get your entire year after the update.
