Renew membership

Dear Sir or Madam,

I tried to renew my membership, but got stuck at the address. The next button did not appear. I tried it several times, but to no avail.

What do I do now?

I suggest you try again in a little while as it may have been just a computer issue.  If it still doesn't work try calling customer service at  1-888-253-0203.  I feel sure that they will be able to help.  Good luck and glad to see that you are renewing your membership.  If you continue to have problems please let me know and I will contact Peg for you.

Kitty, knowing you are from the Netherlands - I have contacted Admin for you - I know that you are unable to call the 1-888 # and or to have to call and sit and wait for an overseas call... so they have been notified for you and are on the job and will get you taken care of asap...

I did get through to the creditcard payment, but then it would not accept my card or my husbands card.

Any helpfull suggestions?

Hi Kitty -

Sorry you are having troubles renewing your membership! I have forwarded your info to Natalie in our Customer Service area so they can look into why this happening - especially since you were a member before.

She can e-mail you with the details since we have your e-mail on file - and we'll go from there.

Kitty - one more thing, I turned your paid account back on until we can get this figured out. So, you should now see your Member Dashboard.

Peg, Thank you so much for looking into this - I did call customer service when Kitty first reported the problem... but it sure helps that you and Natalie are helping her out...
