I just love this. Tom Hiddleston is one of my favourite actors. He makes Thor fun to watch.

I wouldn't quilt it too much. Let the quilt speak for itself. I agree with simply stabilising it.

this is a wonderful work of art. I would research some long arm quilters and work with that person to quilt this on a long arm quilting frame.   quilting can add so much to a quilt, and it could really  enhance this one.  what a treasure.

Wow - what a great work of art.  I do think you will need to keep the quilting simple - the density of the project would make it difficult on a home sewing machine.  I would definitely check with you local long-armers to see what they recommend.
