Hi Karla, we show you have a membership into May 2014. We do not send out renewal cards until after the current membership has expired. Reports are created twice a month, this is why we ask to please allow 3-4 weeks for the membership card.

QCA Karla, I renewed my membership in March 2013 and still haven't received my membership card. I truly love this site and have met some amazing people here. I too am wondering if I should renew it. I would hate to lose my connections as this is where I get much of my support as well as ideas being shared. It was very frustrating when it took me four days to be able to get in. I do hope that things will get resolved. I don't know if these problems came from the site growing so quickly or because of the junk postings that come through, but yes it is very frustrating. I too am not angry towards the individuals working at QCA, I'm angry that they don't hire more temps to first, fix the big issues of shutdowns and memberships not sent. Once things are running smoothly again, I think it would be easier for the permanent staff to maintain. Just my 2 cents...
