With all the complaints I was just wondering how many people actually run this website and what can we do to help make it better? Is there anything that we can do to help ?

Why does it take so long to get issues resolved? I am not complaining but just wondering if the Admin's on here would respond to these ( and other) questions so that we can all understand the issues.

When was the hostile take-over?

Quilters are people who strip so they won't go topless.

I know this is a serious matter to all having problems here, but CC your comment made me laugh out loud. It does seem we have been held hostage.

I saw their newsletter, looks like they are all about advertising and making money. I tried to email but it did not go though. It looks like they are a small group running several + sites.

So they had been running QCA long before I joined, which was 2009.  QCA was great when I joined, but they have really gone downhill since then.

well, I tried to cut and paste from their web site and it is not working.  they acquired QCA in 2006, QNNtv in 2007, they also have all the other Fons and Porter publications, Keepsake quilting kits, American wood worker, and Sky publishing.

I think the lack of competition has made them complacent.

Good Morning - we are working hard on getting the QCA site more stable and moving it to different servers.  We do see all of your blog posts about the issues we are having and are working hard to fix.  When we get an update on the migration to new servers, we will post it here for you.  Thank you for your patience.

Well, that's fine but, we've been hearing that exact same response for over a year or more. Not sure I believe it  any longer, but thanks for posting something even if it's not much of anything. I'm sure you wish it were all running smoothly also so I won't beat up on the messenger.

But I'm afraid that when my membership comes due in February I won't be rejoining at the premium level. Sorry; love this site but I won't put out money for something that doesn't work well and can't be depended on.

I feel the same way, Judy...I won't be paying for the premium membership again either.

Admin,

Results would go a long way to showing us you are committed to making QCA a better product, and that you have your customers at the forefront, rather than continued excuses.
