Hello everyone,

My dad taught me how to quilt this summer and I have to say I've been hooked every since. Now if I could only win the lottery so I could quilt and sew all the time I'd be one happy camper. I'm still very much a beginner but I really enjoy learning new thing.

Welcome, TLC4TLA.  With the days getting shorter it is time to settle in.  Quilting is the perfect winter hobby.  Happy Thanksgiving and welcome to QCA.

Welcome TLC4TLA...I'm retired and still don't have enough time to quilt like I want, but it sure beats working.  I think you'll enjoy it here, when the site is up and working, that is.

Welcome!  How interesting that it was your dad who taught you how to quilt!  Tell us more about his quilting, and what kinds of projects you have been starting out on.
