A customer brought me a quilt to longarm. It is a Hawaiian Applique. Any suggestions on how I should quilt it. The appliques are large. Can I do a overall pantograph or what would you suggest

Almost without exception, in The Hawaiian Quilt book I bought in Hawii last winter, the traditional quilts were stitched in the ditch around the elements and then echo quilted   You might put veins in leaves, basket weave stitching in a pineapple motife or define petals in flowers but the focus seems to be the design element. Hope this helps.
