Melody, in that red strip across the top, click on groups, then discussions. That will show you the retreats that are scheduled. These are put together by the members of QCA themselves. About 4 years ago, some of us decided it would be fun to get together and we started finding places and scheduling them. They are generally not very expensive as no one if "putting on" the retreat for a charge, neither are teachers scheduled. But there are many experience quilters in this group, or someone has found a new style or technique that they are willing to teach. They are a lot of fun.
Let me add just a couple more steps to Patti's directions in case you have not visited the Groups pages before.
Click on Groups - then you may have to scroll through looking for QCA Retreats. If you do not see it, go to the bottom to choose Quilters Club of America Groups - then scroll through that list looking for QCA Retreats (you may have to look on page 2 to find it) and then click on Discussions.
Here is a direct link. Retreats Discussion
Maybe you would be interested in the Branson retreat. I believe it is full right now, but if you get on the waiting list, there may be room before the end of February.
On the banks of the Mississippi River in north central Minnesota (Brainerd lakes area)
Or.... You could set up a retreat near you and we would come and visit!,
One more note...
In order to leave a comment anywhere in the QCA Retreats group, you have to join the group. It's simply a click of the button.
