I looked at my membership status. It says active as of 10/9/13. Expires on 10/9/14. I'm being deducted for all of these weeks that I've had no benefits?! You must be kidding me?
Hello–I was just informed by customer service that they are currently on the phone with you. Please note that membership cards can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
I'm getting this out to you very late. I did finally receive my membership card in the mail. Thank you all for taking the time to get this matter resolved. I'm sorry that it took so long, but it was worth the wait.

Since this seems to be the admin site these days, is there something you could do about the ad messages that are coming up? We never used to see them. I mean really, what does North Face or oil paintings have to do with quilting?
I'm sorry, Vivian. I'm not the admin. I'm a new member who was having difficulty receiving my membership card. Admin did respond to me on my post, but this isn't the admin.
