perhaps a change of topic is in order, I'm red.

Change of topic?  No chance.  You started this!

gini:

Kris, have you ever had a ride on a magic carpet.   I've never ridden on one before.

Nana, I can hear you snickering in the background, get your mind out of the gutter.

perhaps a change of topic is in order, I'm red.

ROFLMAO. Oh Gini how are you going to get out of this one? Oh and no I've never been on a magic carpet. LOL

I've gotta be old because this is going right over my graying head! Nevertheless, assuming it's something naughty (why else would Gini be red??), I must clarify. Sophie and Corki will be picking everyone up on a magic QUILT, not a magic carpet.

In fact, Harry Potter is being serviced for flight and will take off at first dawn Sunday morning heading for all the furbabies. Send up two barks or a couple Meow's and they will swope down and collect you.

Bailey and I are packed too.  Bailey insists on bringing her blanket, she is such a baby, and believe it or not, she is afraid of the dark.  In fact, she's afraid of just about everything!

We'll be ready. You'll need to swoop down low so Oco can get on. He's not good at jumping.

Oh, my gosh, Judy, I love you.  And with that, before I get myself into anymore hot water over Judy's remarks ( why does my brain always head straight for the gutter with no detours),  I will zip my lips

And will you pay us to zip our lips at the retreat?  I'm just itching to talk to Judy!

The magic QUILT is all ready to fly. Corki needs this retreat, she's injured her hindquarters and is on pain pills. But once she's on the quilt with Sophie and flying to pick up everyone, she'll be good as new. There is no pain, no illness on this magic furbaby retreat.

Corki,

sorry to hear you have a boo boo. Take the medicine so you'll be all better at the retreat.

Corki and Sophie, thanks for picking us up.  That was a retreat not to be missed!  It was really good to see everyone again and meet the new kids.  Gini, you're a great dancer.  Glad you could sneak out of Oregon late at night to join us.

Hey, which one of you cats told Pickles it was okay to sleep in my bed back at home?  I can't get that fuzzy cat to move out of my way.  I found this video proving that it's not okay, but Pickles, Mom, and Dad just laughed at it.

Remy and I want to thank all the furbabies that made our retreat so very special.  Hope to do it again soon.  We spent all day resting with mom. It has been an exhausting week for everyone.

We were so glad to see Kris. I think she would have been happy with a ride on the magic quilt.

All furbabies were delivered safely to their homes and tucked in their beds before the moms arrived home. It took Corki and I a bit longer, air pockets over the Rockies, but we're home now.

Woo Hoo, we're ready to go on retreat again...that magic quilt was so much more fun than driving.
