I am working on the new MQ and will have Fabric Requirements and Cutting Instructions ready to post on Sept 6.   Watch for the new group to open.  I hope that everyone has fun with this journey.

I finished #7 and  #8, but #6, I believe, is still waiting to be quilted.  In fact it is partially loaded on the frame and I just haven't been able to get around to it this summer.  But, now, I better get crackin' as I've got so many new things in the fire that I'm going to be lost if I don't get movin'.

Gee, I've got to get Marge's quilted, I'm signed up for RR4 and the Union Quilt, and I'm not going to misss MQ9.  Still have to make a quilt for new granddaughter expected in December and one for a cousin who had a baby in June...am I behind or what.

I guess I better get off of this computer and get busy...

I promise that this one doesn't have any little bitty pieces.   Nothing smaller than 3 inches.

Yay!  I started with 7, which is all done now.  I skipped MQ8 since I had too many other obligations.  So I am READY for MQ9!  Bring it on!  :)

This is so ironic Nana.  Just this week I decided to get those little squares from MQ8 together.  They are now in their strip sets ready for me to sew them together into blocks.  Looking forward to MQ9.

Oh my we must be on the same wave length, Nana because just this week I decided to put all those little squares from MQ8 together.  I've got the strips for all the blocks ready to put together.  Can't wait for MQ9

I've done five of the eight mystery quilts, but I'm not sure of the numbers.  I will see if I can manage to get MQ9 underway.

I'm president of my local guild this year, so I feel obligated to do the guild's challenge quilt and BOM even though they are not nearly as much fun because there's no sharing and discussion aspect to these local projects.  You get the directions during the monthly guild meetings and then the reveal is during the last meeting of the year.  I might check into starting a Facebook site for our guild to see if I can get any of the gals interested in chatting about these two projects.  Unfortunately, a lot of people do not trust Facebook.

oh, wow!  thought about this the other day, my MQ7 is still being hand quilted and MQ8 haven't done yet.  I'm ready for a new project - having hard time getting motivated to do any of my own stuff.

Oh, no, another MQ already? I haven't finished 7 or 8 yet. But how can I resist starting another project. I'll just have to dig out another project bag.
