Ever buy a beautiful piece of fabric, that you have fallen in love with ? Its perfect for multiple projects ? But you just can't bare the thought of cutting into it ? I think I have fallen into that trap. Afraid that it won't look as good as I hoped in a project, and now I can't use it for anything else ?

Fons and Porters did a segment a few years ago titled  "Quilts with a Twist."  Look it up on their web sight.  I think this would be a great idea it takes a large square of fabric and uses it like  a panel.  It is good for large scale prints.  The idea was designed by Lisa Moore out of Alaska and I had the pleasure to be in Sitka a few years ago and see the quilts in person.  It is episode 1507. You can watch it on their websight for a fee.

Too funny Nana. I had to tell my DH about this one. He laughed. We watch NCIS and I knew he could relate.

Stephanie,

Perhaps the fabric companies could have double sided fabric Mark Harmon on one side and Ziva on the other that way it will keep everyone happy.

lots of love

Lesley,

I have several versions of it, I was thinking about doing a stack and whack with it, but i dont use my sewing machine that often i prefer hand work. Although thinking about it it would make a very different version of an EPP Grandmothers flower garden.

lots of love
