I am working on a Grandmothers quilt. I have the quilt top pieced. What type of quilting could be done on the long arm for this pattern. I have only seen each hexagon block  individually quilted or every other row. Most have been hand quilted. I've thought  about an all over swirl quilt design. Need some ideas. Thanks!

Can you post a picture of the quilt top? Sometimes that makes it easier to get ideas.

I think it would also be pretty to quilt a meandering leaf pattern with the Grandmother's Flower Garden.

How about a flower pattern that mimics the hexagons....
