Oh Barbara, I can very well relate to feeling bored doing the reading and not sewing.  If you do a little, just make it a little, please don't overdo.  That just puts everything back because you have overdone it.  Good luck with trying it though.   Ginny

I just received a call from Barbara's son telling me that she has been taken back to KU Med on an emergency basis with vomiting and incoherent. Also while the FD was there they detected the odor of gas, so now Paul is having to deal with that. Prayers are needed. I will keep you informed as I receive more details.

Oh goodness. Sounds like she may have had a gas leak. How awful. Please keep us informed. That poor woman.

Oh my Elaine, that is so unfortunate for Barbara.  Does sound like it might have been the gas.  Hopefully Paul is able to deal with all of the problems.  I will put in new prayers for Barbara and Paul.   Ginny

I had a feeling she over doing it a little. I imagine she just wanted things to get back to "normal" as soon as possible. When I had emergency surgery and ended with a pacemaker, it took me a while to recuperate but I still wanted to get back to normal. I will keep her in my prayers. Maybe she needs to be in the hospital for awhile so she doesn't overdue it. I'm so worried about her. It's so hard to sit around and do nothing though.

This may not be the result of over-doing it.  Probably the gas leak caused her to fall ill.  I'm sure glad Paul was there to call this in!

I am sure it was the gas. We had a carbon monoxide problem. Were both not feeling well. Called the fire station direct and they said to "Go outside for awhile. You will feel better". I was livid.  We did that and when we came back in things did seem better. But, we had ever window in that house open and bought a detector for that.

Extra thoughts and prayers are going up for Barbara and Paul.  Sure sounds like the gas leak caused this problem.

Praying for Barbara and her Son hoping that it was caused by a possible gas leak and not a result from her surgery.
