Mamag, both those machines look really nice.
WeeZee I especially like that you can get the Juki with other options plus automated computer software and it is still less expensive than and APQS. With the rear controls and computer software it's $15,500. I mean I still can't afford it but we are dreaming right. I like the Brother Dream Weaver cause of the laser light guide. I am loosing my field of vision and of course the sewing area is where I have the worst vision. I use a magnifying glass and a 1/4" foot with a guide.

I still can't afford that much either, I'd give that much for a vehicle. Like you said we can dream.
Welcome to all of our Newbies! So great to see new faces!
Well, we got thru our Easter outreach! 300,000 eggs, 2 helicopter drops, 5 bounce houses, face painting, characters, and the hunt! 15,000 to 20,000 people in attendance. Such a lot of fun and so fun to be able to be God's hands and reach out to people!
Now we are recovering and I am here at my DS house w/DDIL and family. We will have our egg dying today as well as our hunt. Our son is in charge of the above mentioned outreach and so they wait till we all get some more rest before doing our thing. :-)
Happy Easter everyone!!
Home from Jellystone in time to cook a feast for the Holiday. This is what we saw in the Nat park...
Quilters are people who strip so they won't go topless.
CC that is a lot of snow.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.
OMG CC, that is a whole lot of snow. Did you go there for a little vacation? or just a day trip? Glad you got home safely. Ginny
CC that is a lot of snow. But I bet it was beautiful at the park.
We might get one last snow here in Utah on Wednesday.
We had a great Easter with family and friends. I hope everyone had a peaceful day .
gini in north idaho
No sewing today, but I did go buy another storage container for my fabric and I reorganized it. I have concluded that scrappy quilts are in my future.
Gini, What??? no melodrama? Well, I am glad that you had a great day. We gathered at my daughter's house for dinner and egg hunt. Great day all in all. Ginny
No drama, Ginny. We had five kids who hid and rehid the eggs for each other. Who could guess that $5 of eggs would keep them busy for 3 hours. Then little bruin accidentally stepped on one, realized they made a great crackle sound, and the stomping was on. I have a sick one in my bed right now. Too much candy, too much running , and too much fun for princess.
I think one of my great grands is probably sick today too. she was sure gobbling all of the candy and peeps that she found in her plastic eggs. I swear she must have gotten into at least 5 doz. eggs herself. Well, at least, I am not babysitting her today, but I do have my newest one here. He is now 2 1/2 months old and is a eating machine. So cute though. Looks like he might get red hair, I am hoping.
Ginny, can you post a picture of that little one? We'd love to see him!
My Sunshine doesn't come from the skies, It comes from the love in my dog's eyes.
I'm so happy everyone had a wonderful Easter.
I got good news this morning my ex-husband who was suing me (for too much to explain) and I finally came to a settlement agreement regarding our twins custody and timesharing. Yeah what a weight of my mind. Thank you Heavenly Father.
