I have been fighting with the stitches (taking them out) until I found if I took my glasses off, I could see clear as a bell!! I had to put a light and chair IN my frame to reach the stitches properly without removing it from the frame. Live and learn.
Funny, Vivian....I am the same way with anything being close work. Off comes the glasses!
Iwas gonna go out to redeem a coupon i had but...because of snow emergency we piled cars in driveway now the one blocking mine in will not start. waiting for dh to give it a jump. Might as well stay home til it warms up more.
Quilting My Rainbow
MNnancy:Any chance she's expecting kittens?
No chance. She's been fixed.
Marie: I'm headed for Fl on the 14th but I'm told it was only in the 40's there yesterday. I'd better pack my winter coat!
Marie. it was 85 here in S. Fl yesterday and we woke up to 46 degrees. That's spring time for you guys but for us it's darn cold. Everyones in their winter hoodies and flip flops.. we have to scramble for something warm to wear. I saw on the news tonight some snowbirds from PA wearing shorts. Made me shiver just looking at them. Come on down Marie, just leave the cold stuff behind.

I'm enjoying all the beautiful quilts, you ladies sure have been busy. I thought you all might get a kick out of this picture. DGDs pet chicken, I took it yesterday while the temp was 85.
Bonita thanks for sharing the sweet pic. DS looked at it and asked her name.... I said that was your grand daughter and he Huffed "NO, Mo-om. The hen! What is the hen's name. GEez." .... .... ???
Quilters are people who strip so they won't go topless.
Thanks Choccake2, I'm not sure which one she's got. It's either Mitzi or Ruby, I can't tell them apart.
Bonita, does DGD's chicken lay eggs?
On the banks of the Mississippi River in north central Minnesota (Brainerd lakes area)
Not yet Nancy, ther're still to young. Sometime in March or April, they got them as 2 day old chicks, kept them in a cardboard box with a heat lite in the garage unti just a couple of months ago. Now they have a cute little coop out back.
Bonita, you pic is precious.
Susan, I'll be in Dunedin just NW, about 40 min., of Tampa airport. Looks like you are just over the border from Georgia on my map, quite a distance from me.
Bonita:Come on down Marie, just leave the cold stuff behind.
Bonita, trust me, that's my plan. I'll be in Dunedin on the mid west coast NW of Tampa, where are you?
BTW Bonita, your DGD is a cutie, so precious!
