Patti:
I found a recipe for picked pumpkin.

so, what kind of recipes do you have for unpicked pumpkin?   inquiring mind wants to know.  seems like it would save some time, not having to pick them first.

I plan to finish squaring up my HST's for MQ9 today if not tomorrow, then I can start sewing blocks together on Wednesday. Had a little set back today...I came home from work early yesterday because my knee was just killing me, have trouble with my meniscus... I was lucky and got in to my Dr. this AM and he gave me a cortisone shot in it, I am finally relieved of pain but must be careful the next couple of days so I don't tear anything by accident. I should have known better than to crawl around on my knees at work while straightening the lower shelves...will be leaving that job to the younger guys from now on.

Only 30 more HST's made so far today...will I ever get them done.  Off to TaeKwonDo soon...also Tuesday and Wednesday.  Thursday is DGS1's football game in Reno and Friday the younger ones are testing for their next belt in TaeKwonDo and then will be doing the board breaking ceremony.  That'll take all evening.

Started the vacuuming today but didn't get very far before I was sidetracked with other things that needed doing.  I am so disorganzied...LOL, I wonder how I ever get anything done.

Your opinion, please on a SINGER 7258 Stylist !  My friend just asked my opinion on this machine on Amazon.  It's today's deal of the day.  She doesn't sew much though she may help me make a quilt (not sure if she was serious or not) and will use it for household sewing/mending.  I don't know much about Singers but I know someone out there might be able to help me advise her!  Thank you!!

Debbie -I'm not sure this is that good of a deal.  You can get the same machine at Walmart for $144 - and take it back if it's not what she wants.  There also seem to be some complaints about these from Amazon.  I'm not sure if it's the machine or shipper, but they come in dirty and  what not.  I'd maybe keep looking.  Check Ebay and Craigslist.

Zoetc, I have to say you deserve much better. You deserve to be respected and treated like you are the most important person in his life. Obviously this man needs his past examined.

I've bought machines from both amazon and ebay and have had good luck with both.  Never bought one from WalMart though, as I have been advised against it.
