Donna, Carol the quilts are so lovely!!! I tried to decide which one I like best but each one had a special appeal to it that I decided that I'll just love all of them!!
Erin, I don't find a kitty on my work but my daughter has a little dog here at home.. And she loves to sleep on my top or fabric !! If I drop a scrap or block she'll drag it to her bean bag bed! Meet Snuggles:
🌺 You know you are a quilter when the only scraps under your table are fabric.🐾
Sorry ladies... Can't get snuggles picture to download...I'll put her in the gallery .
Donna, great 4th of July.
Carol, all three of your quilts are great, the Baltimore's Country Cousin looks really hard. I'm made an Irish chain, but it was a single, never tried a triple.
I have been following along with your pics of this quilt in progress. The finished quilt is so stunning! It is truly a masterpiece. I am sure this gift will be treasured by all who have it in their possession. Great Great Job!
Carol I love all three quilts. My favorite is the middle one. But all are beautiful.
Donna, Really like your 4th of July quilt. very pretty.
Carol Your 3 quilts are beautiful. So different from each other but I love all three.
Thank you to all who commented on my quilt tops! I also have trouble deciding which one I like best.

Carol, they are all beautiful!
Today, I've managed to get 2 LUS blocks made, and another one cut out, but my 5 month old granddaughter has decided the next couple of hours belong to her; then it is off to pick up her cousins for TaeKwonDo. Hopefully, I'll be able to get the one I cut out put together this evening after dinner.
Whew, by then I'd be exhausted. Sounds like you have your hands full.
Got the Around the Block Quilt Quilted. Don't like some areas going to redo & then binding time but that's tomorrow. Do you all machine or hand bind? Seems to me hand binding would be easier. I did it with the machine last time think I can do it by hand quicker. I'm beat. Had Rosie's 6th grade elementary graduation this morning. She was my last one in elementary school.
Your daughter is beautiful!! Tell her congratulations...now on to middle school!! You are getting a lot done Donna!! I am so jealous!! :)
Thank you Barbara but I rushed my quilting and I don't like some areas. I new I should have just waited. Oh well. Learned that lesson now too.
You have a very lovely daughter !!!
Hand or machine bind? I hand bind it if it is a special quilt but machine if I want it to hold up to lots of washing.
Thank you I'm kind of fond of the entire bunch. This was taken almost four years ago at Rosie's baptism.
That's a good point Deb. Ok I'll machine bind. Its very hard for me to switch from doing everything by hand to doing it by machine but I guess that is the only way I'm going to get better at it.
Donna, My, you have a very nice looking crew there!!
This is what I was able to finish quilting today, just have the binding yet .
