this is the correction block #1 - I added some light green to match up to Block 2 just at the bottom right side - I am not sure if I am happy with the correction yet - but before I satin stitch it down I'll leave it on the wall for a couple days to see if it grows on me - at the moment it looks okay to me but we shall see...

Thea, I can't tell which block you're referring to that has been "corrected"! They all look so good and all coordinate beautifully with one another! Seems to me you're good to go with them! Love seeing "my" spaniels!

Thea, how mush do you want for that? Just kidding , I love it !! I looked at trying to make that because of the Border Collie- I have had 5 now. Was this the original size of the quilt?  It looks like a mural.

Carol from Pittsburgh:

I finally finished fixing up what used to be my older daughter's bedroom. I removed the carpeting (I will eventually refinish the floor), painted, got new drapes, and made a quilt. This was my first scrap quilt and I used all FQs that I had. The only fabric I purchased specifically for this quilt was that used in the dark blue borders and backing. Those are the same fabric. Only one more spare bedroom to go!

Carol, I cannot believe that you just whipped that up, that is so pretty !!!!!

How does Pheobe (cat) like it? That is the real test.  I wish I could quilt this good.

This is what I have been working on. The blocks are dream weavers , I did them in reproduction scraps. Want a vintage looking quilt.

weezee56:
I finished a small doll quilt, you start out with circles.

Love it. Nicely done.

weezee56:
I also made my SS a small microwave fabric koozie.

I got one of these from Nana at the Oregon retreat last year. I use it all the time. Bought materials to make more.

This is how far I am -...

Thea it's looking good. I've been looking at the cat one (can't remember the name) for myself but trying to resist buying more until I finish something.

Deb your quilt is just lovely.  Excuse this newbie question but is it foundation pieced?  I'm just learning that technique as the quilt pattern my daughter picked out is foundation pieced and I've never done one before.  Your stars are so perfect that's why I'm asking I could never get them that precise. Really a great job.
