Michelle, the boot quilt is a fun design, and Brandon's smile tells it all!
On the banks of the Mississippi River in north central Minnesota (Brainerd lakes area)
Oh yes, he looks very happy about his quilt, Michelle. Ginny
I decided to work ahead on the guild's BOM so I could move on to other things. We're doing this churn dash design, and I'm using a Riley Blake fat quarter bundle that has images from a small farming community. I still have to decide what to do for sashings, cornerstones, and the border. I'll probably leave the finishing for the Branson retreat. (...don't know what that green stripe is in the picture. Hope my camera is not going wonky...)
Nancy, I really really like those fabrics. Going to be an awesome quilt.
I'm also working on a quilt today. I'm starting to put my Sylvia's Bridal Sampler blocks together with the sashings. I think I'm going to like this one. It'll end up about 90 x 90.
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
Granddaughter loves her new camera bag. First time I've made a bag like this. I think it turned out really good.
Nancy, that's a fun quilt. Love the farm things. Look forward to seeing it done.
Judy, your quilt is looking good.
Michelle, your DGD sure looks happy with her bag. Great job.
Michelle, that bag is fantyastic looking. Looks very professional and your DGD looks absolutely like it's the best present ever. Darling picture. Ginny

"I'm just a poor soul who's intentions are good. Oh, Lord, Please don't let me be misunderstood."
These are very nice country flavored fabrics and I like the fussy cut centers in several of the blocks. This will be a beautiful quilt
What lovely colors are in your blocks. This will be an awesome quilt. Hope you will show us the quilt when finished.
Michelle, I guess Brandon likes his quilt, look at that smile! Good job! DGD's smile tells it all, great camera bag!
Love the fabrics in your BOM, Nancy, nice work!
Judy, your Sylvia's Bridal Sampler is going to be beautiful! I love the fabrics, great job!
Thanks Barbara, I'll be sure to do that. Not sure when that will be, but this coming year for sure.
Good morning Marie and thanks. By the way, I missed a photo opportunity one night last month. A man entered our yard about 2am and I charged out to confront him until he ID'd himself as a paramedic helping the neighbor. But, Marie, he was a HUNK! I'm sure you would have grabbed your camera and latched onto him.
