And I bet there is more than one quilt in thar fevered brain of yours. Just don't forget you need testers.  Count me in.

I might play with writing directions for this one. Might be fun and what else do I have to do with my time?  LOL IF and that's a big IF, I do, I'll send it on to you Vivian to test.

Wow! So many nice quilts in the past few days and beginnings of more. Wonderful work, everyone.

Max--That stack and whack will produce a lovely quilt. Glad you found a method that has taken you out of the comfort zone. Isn't it exciting.

I had some wonderful news this morning. Last spring I donated the following. among other items, to the hospital auxiliary of my previous community. They ran a raffle with the following grouping and raised $1,168.

I also have a few finishes to share. First is a simple little tote using one CT charm pack for the tote and inner pockets.

Here is the my most recent finish. Very simple design and piecing went very quickly.

Also a peek at the back and quilting.

Agnes, that was awesome.  What a great job on the quilt and pillow.  I like what you have been up to lately also.  I need to get my rear in gear rather than enjoying everyone elses work. LOL    Ginny

I am working on my quilt "the Old Brown Shoe"  I am hoping to finish the free motion quilting on it today so that I can bind it tomorrow and give it to my husband.  This picture was before the quilt top was finished but you can get a general idea of what it looks like.

It will be especially warm too as hubby wanted double batting.  I will post pics once I get it finished.

Judy-keep thinking about the directions for your quilt....I REALLY like that pattern.

Went to Portland Sewing Craft and Quilt expo yesterday.

Was all sales booths with a bit of everything old and new.  Got gorgeous batik 1/2 yds. 3 for $12-

saw the craziest pinking rotary/scissors from a co. called Florian-

got 2 Cozy Quilts designs patterns and can't wait to make them-will have to wait til after surgery though.   Keep up the good work all-just love to check in and see it!

Agnes

I love what you have been up to lately.  Your donation ensemble is lovely.  It is always so rewarding to get such great results from donations.  The small town closest to the ranch does a quilt donation raffle every year for the volunteer fire department.  It is always fun to help work on the local quilt group's donation and see the appreciation in the raffle ticket sales.  Thank you for donating your quilt to a good cause.

What a wonderful, thoughtful gift.  A really good design for a man and love the color choices.
