still trying to quit smoking,

Hang in there Melody. Pretty please..........You don't want to look back someday, hooked up to oxygen, and think "Why didn't I quit then, why why why?"

Christine, I think all three of the quilts are pretty, I really like the one on the bottom.

Judy, I have total faith in Mel and i know that she will stay quiting smoking, the plan is sewing needle in one hand, fabric in the other and food in her mouth hey presto no room for the cigarette.  Seriously though Mel knows shes surrounded by love she will do it xx

lots of love

Marie,

Marti Michell has a BOM 2013 Stonehenge Christmas Quilt and on the website I was on it shows a Stonehenge 4-Patch Sampler made with Perfect Patchwork Templates Sets B & D
Size: 84" x 100"

The website is http://www.northcott.net/?sid=3&layout=2col&content=pattern_details&pid=1315&fabid=1&colid=568

There was also another color option. It says you can get this pattern from your LQS and I am hoping you can just by the pattern without signing up for the BOM.

Thanks one and all.  It may take me awhile to completely say I'm an ex-smoker, but I will get through this!  Fran is right, just keep my hands full with a threaded needle in one hand and block in the other.  And most of all be nice to my husband.  lol

Does it count as working on a quilt if I sit and stare at the pieces of one?

Of course...(at least I hope so)!  I consider it contemplating my next step...

You bet Quiltless, I agree with Donna. I've been sitting here staring at fabrics for a DWR for the past hour and a half with no end in sight.

No, I didn't work on one, but I had to take Marge's blocks off of the design wall because DGS4 was having too good of a time taking them down for me.  I haven't even made it to the mailbox today....

plus freezing basil pesto!

I make and freeze sage pesto, too.  It is great on gnocchi!
