Karla:

Yes, I definitely will, if I can find a spot in my house that is big enough.  The first 20 took my whole wall...I'm going to have to do some moving around to get them all up.

I feel your pain on that one. Maybe just show us half and half when you get them to where you think they will be. How does that work? I often have to use the floor and then pictures to help me place blocks so I understand. Glad that you got a chance to get yours done. I appreciate all you are doing for Marge.

I might take them down and use the design wall at the LQS...that way they can help me position them just right.

I too am very curious as what it will look like. So far the blocks I've seen look amazing, but I'm partial to blues too...lol. This is very thoughtful of you to make this quilt for Marge. Thanks for taking this on.

Bev, I have received the 2nd block, and it is beautiful.  I think I only have 1 or 2 more to receive and then I'll start arranging them and putting it together.

And Bev, I didn't find your signature on the block, do you mind if I sign it for you?

Karla, I think this is a great idea!  That way you'll have lots of room - and lots of feedback.  But remember, as the designer you have the final say!

Yep, my say is final, but since I do not have a wall that is large enough to put all of the blocks up at one time, I'm thinking the LQS is the way to go.

Susie, I received your block today and it's great.  I think I have them all, but anyone out there that still plans on sending me a block, please let me know ASAP so I can get started on piecing this quilt together.

Karla who is the quilt for and why? I know some months back  we were making a quilt for someone one and I send a block in. Are there 2 separate quilts??

Linda

There are 2 separate quilts being made.   Jacy is making one for Kristin that had brain surgery.   This quilt is for Marge from Washington state that has broken her leg and has now had 2 surgeries trying to repair the break.

Linda, didn't you do a block for Barbara's quilt when her mother passed?  That may be what you are thinking of.
