Received 2 more blocks in the mail today.  I've posted the names of those received in my first post in this forum.  Check to see if yours has arrived.  I will continue to update the first message so everything will be in one place.

Thanks you all for participating...

Nana,

I hope you feel better soon. Maybe when you get to feeling better you can do your block and do a pillow with it for them, if you want to.

I have had eye issues before and they don't make for any fun any time soon.

Pinkeye is miserable and rates a run to the doctor sooner than later. Hope you've done that Nana.

Here's my block for Marge.  I need to trim it.  Also, I did not plan well enough ahead as to which direction to iron the seams, so will redo parts of them so that it's not so 'lumpy.'

I did 2 blocks and will let Karla decide which one works best with the rest of the blocks.  I did machine embroidery, in fact the same message I used for Barbara's quilt a few months ago-just different color, fabrics and threads.  Here are the two I am mailing to Karla tomorrow:

I left them over-sized and will need to be cut down when received.  Also, I forgot to take the pictures yesterday so they were already folded for mailing. So you can see the fold lines!

I like them both, but I'll have to put then on the design board to see which one will look the best.

Actually, I am just sitting here thinking that maybe I have goofed on the wording...

The design now says "...Sister Quilters",  but should it have been "...Quilting Sisters"?

Maybe I should change my design for the next time.  What do you think???

Donna B. I think Quilting sisters and sister quilters mean the same thing. Right?

Don't beat yourself up on this, they both sound nice.
