Quiltless:
I didn't make a block because I'm not good enough yet at quilting to do something like that but my heart is in there cheering for the team.

Quiltless, you're block would have been plenty good enough. I remember you beautiful embroidered leaf blocks from Leavenworth.

I'm trying to not be a chicken as I quilt,  this is my first time quilting a sampler quilt and I will have lots of practice by the time I'm done with this one. Here's 2 blocks quilted today.

Thanks Nana and Kris. The second row is looking much better than the first row (notice I didn't post a photo from that) After this quilt I think I'll be brave enough to quilt my Silvia's Bridal Sampler. I hope Kristin won't mind me practicing on hers.

Thank you, Jacy.  The machine does the embroidery.  I'm still very much a beginner at quilt top piecing.

Jacy, you're working so fast, everything is sashed and sewed sewed together, and now even quilting! Good for you, do you have a long arm ? Great quilting so far!

Jacy, you're working so fast and the work is beautiful.  I still have one or two blocks left to receive, then maybe I should send it to you to quilt, your work is exquisite.

Jacy

I love the quilting you did in the center of the block. It gives me ideas of how to quilt the center of my DWR block. (someday in the future).

Really beautiful work. Did you draw the design on first or totally freehand it?

Jacy, I don't know any of you personally just only through all of your posts in QCA.  I know a lot of you have become friends due to the wonderful Retreats I have seen posted here. When you first posted "Lets make a quilt for Kristen" I knew that I wanted to be apart of such a wonderful gesture even though I am a new to this site and have yet to meet any of you.

When I picture Kristen receiving this quilt with all the beautiful blocks and the fantastic quilting it brings tears to my eyes   You are such a wonderful person for thinking of this for her.

May God bless you for your kind heart.
