Ladies your messages, thought and prayers to Kristin and her DH are so touching, If you don't mind I would like to forward them on her along with the photos of the quilt's progress, at least until she is well enough to be back on here to read them herself.

Oh, she is going to love this !!

I got my block in the mail and with a little $$ as suggested. I did that with both blocks I sent for the 2 quilts.

Lesley:

Sukochi you have a way with words!

I have sent a PM to Jacy to see if I can do my bit. The posts on here have touched me and I would love to be able to contribute if I can

xx

Lesley,

having been lucky enough to have participated once before in sending a block across the pond, its a wonderful thing firstly to see all the blocks, and secondly to make a difference to someone with a fabric hug, i get a kick just knowing that my block is going all that way, and knowing that my sewing is so slow this is the only way for me to contribute and hopefully help someone else, have fun making your block.

lots of love

Frances,

Your block is very pretty. Each of our blocks are so different that each block will be interesting for the eye's. She is going to love each one. There will be no favorites, just a lot of heart felt love that each one represents.

Jacy, that is a wonderful idea. Nothing makes you feel better or more loved then the well wishes of friends.  Tell her how very much she is loved by all at QCA. But, it can't compare to how much she is loved by Jesus!

I have completed my block it is called Woven Rail. I found it on the quilterscache.com  I hope the colors are what she loves. The hardest part was deciding what block to do, then on to the stash of FQ in batik. yummy I may have to do this one again, perhaps bigger for a tote bag pocket.

I must have gotten the colors for Kristen and Marge mixed up. You'll just have to put my block on the back because I don't have time to redo. I've never done crazy quilting before  and it took me all day for two blocks. ROTFL.

Great block Carylanne, love those batiks.

Maggie, blue and turquoise colors will fit right in. Love your stitching on your crazy block.

Maggie,

I hope you get the blocks to the right quilts, they both are so nice that you did.

It just dawned on me, are the sizes the right ones for each quilt? If not, maybe one can added a little to the sides, and the other one could be trimmed done a bit?

Where ever it goes, it's going to be great !!!
