I've had problems with QNNtv too. I tried to activate my QNNtv membership by following the steps on the Quilter's club site. QNNtv lets me put the membership into the cart and use the coupon code. It shows that I have a 1 year membership in the cart and that it is free, but then when I go to check out, it says my cart is empty and won't let me get to the next step. I sent an email to QNNtv (I couldn't even find a phone number on the site), but from the posts I've read here I shouldn't expect much in the way of help. Very frustrating.
Edit: I've tried signing up using both Chrome and the latest version of IE, so I doubt it's my browser that's the issue.
Hi. I wish I could have seen all of these conversations before I paid. It says "Free QNNTV" I have no trouble seeing anything on this site (Wish I could "post" on my home page???) or seeing QNNTV, HOWEVER! It is not a complete membership. I "get" to see about a minute and a half of the show and then it says I need to "join" f(or I think 24 bucks) to see the whole video. Is that what the rest of you have? Not that you all aren't wonderful people, but I really signed on for the QNNTV. Next year I'm pretty sure I will sign up there only.....unless you guys turn out to be amazing! lol! In the mean time if it turns out you only get 90 seconds of video then I will be hanging on the phone with these not so reliable customer service people hoping for a refund........ Libby
Hi Libby, You have to join QNNTV. It says you have to pay, but backs out the charge at the end of registering. QCA and QNNTV are sister sites, it isn't the same entity. We have to go through this every time we renew, so you only have to do it once a year. It seems to me there is a code you type in, too. I'm due for renewal, and I can't remember that far back.
You can't post on your home page? That's weird. They do have more than their share so bugs here. And we are an amazing group of quilters, : ). If you don't believe me ask anyone else here.
Anyhoo, hello and welcome. I hope you get your sign in to QNNTV figured out.
