Do you think if I contact customer service I can get a replacement DVD? I was so excited to have a lazy Sunday and watch it today.

I got a DVD, it has 13 episodes of the 1500 series Fons & Porter's Love of Quilting.
That's the one! I emailed customer service. I do hope I can get a replacement. :(

That's my youngest! That pic was taken the first week of April 2012. He was ten days old. That was the quilt made by my great grandmother that died in 1998. I have another she made for me, and both were displayed on my wall. I took them down to paint and I happened to store in my shed due to lack of room inside. Two days later my house caught on fire. I am thankful every day that I still have them!

welcome Janet. I just got a letter today, saying I would get one. I am sure customer service will send you a new one. I have never even tried to look at the ones I have received. Silly me. Let us know how customer service responds.
Hi everyone, I didn't get a DVD either. I also didn't receive my QCA club card, but did get the JoAnn Fabric discount card. I would like to get the DVD though. I was thinking about that earlier today. That was one of the things promised when you joined wasn't it.
Hello - I don't have an answer for you. But this has been my experience so far:
I paid for membership by check on March 18, 2013.
I received my first issue of Easy Quilts as part of that membership, but have not received the Welcome Package with Membership card yet.
I've called, only to listen to the customer service recording.......forever.... , and left phone and email messages. I have had no response at all.
I signed up as a quest member to be able to use this forum. Maybe an administrator will read this and respond.
I hope to be able to get what I paid for soon. Otherwise, what I thought would be fun and worthwhile, has been a big waste of my money and time.
