Featherweight enthusiasts will appreciate this quilt that I saw at the MN Quilt Show on Thursday.

I have LOTS more pictures from the show that I'm preparing to post, but it's slow going.

Nancy

Beautiful quilt.  I love all the singer pics.  I would love to have one of the handcrank with the bowed harp.   So pretty.

Nana,  husband just bought one on ebay, 1893, with the bow harp and hand crank. He says its in the best shape he's ever seen one.  It is so pretty.  I'll try to get pics and post.

Mine is on its way to me!  Come home, Lizzie, come home!  Pictures when she gets here.

Don't forget the pictures...I just received my 1/4 inch foot with guard for mine yesterday, but my plans for using her today have probably gone by the wayside since it is VA appointment day and lawn mowing day.  Oh well, there is always tomorrow.

Got Lizzie on Thur but with my back had not felt like doing anything untill yesterday.  DH cleaned her up, she was a dirty girl!  she has been all oiled and ready to sit down with her tonight.  Got a panel for a toddler quilt I'm going to try her out with.

Got button holer, 7 bobbins, two of the same foot, needles and case.  Case has one broken clasps

Good morning Debbie, lizzy is beautiful. You are going to so love sewing on her. Glad you got a few extra feet with her. I like the quilters 1/4 foot also and a walking foot. I'm sewing this week in the mountains in my purple FW, she's named "Grape Poupon". She sews beautifully and is so happy to travel with me to retreats. But not sure I'll be able to leave here with her as Mary is really eyeing her!

Lizzie is beautiful, Debbie!  Wishing you many happy hours working with her.  Can't wait to see the first project you make with Lizzie.

Michelle, did you get to take Grape Poupon home with you?  :  )  Do you exclusively sew with her?  Does she like the walking foot?  I'm gathering all the info I can about the featherweights.  I may be buying a 1937 model soon.
